Job summary

Metuchen-Edison YMCA in Edison, NJ is seeking a Regular Part-Time Site Coordinator/Supervisor to manage a program site, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with policies and licensing standards. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Supervise staff and coach them according to job descriptions.
• Maintain attendance, time sheets and program logs.
• Coordinate daily schedules and program activities.
• Serve as liaison with parents and external organizations.
• Attend required meetings with Senior Director or CEO as needed.
• Ensure policies and licensing standards are met.
