Job summary

Parkpoint Clubs is seeking a Part-time Child Care Aide to provide quality care for children 3 months and up. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and engaging activities, while coordinating with the Child Care Coordinator/Club Manager.

This role requires you to work as part of a team, assist with learning, games, crafts, snacks, and daily care tasks. Responsibilities include welcoming families, communicating updates, following Junior Club policies, and supporting program operations.

Qualifications

• Registration with Trustline Registry (fingerprint & background check).
• CPR/AED certification for all ages.
• Attend required staff meetings and trainings.
• Dress in full uniform and present neat appearance.
• Be a team-player and communicate with staff to resolve issues.
• Lift up to 30 pounds; assist with cleaning and sanitation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet children and parents in a friendly, professional manner.
• Enforce Junior Club policies and procedures; explain to members.
• Maintain good relations with parents and children and resolve issues.
• Inform supervisor of concerns and follow up as directed.
• Promote activities and register children for events.
• Assist with set-up/clean-up and daily maintenance of the club area.
• Answer phones and manage reservations and cancellations.
• Provide safe, clean, and age-appropriate play experiences.
• Attend to injuries and contact parents when necessary.
• Serve as a floater for general cleaning and organization.
