Job summary

Parkpoint Health Club in Healdsburg, CA is seeking a part-time Child Care Aide to care for children 3 months and up, maintain safety and cleanliness, and assist with activities and snack times. You will work as part of a team and help with reservations and front desk duties.

Requires Trustline Registry, CPR/AED, California Anti-Harassment and OSHA COVID Safety Training, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, neat uniform, and strong teamwork. Shifts include two minimum, with subbing availability.

Qualifications

• Registration with Trustline Registry; includes fingerprint and background check.
• 2) CPR/AED certification for infants, children and adults.
• 3) California Anti-Harassment course and OSHA COVID Safety Training.
• 4) Attend departmental staff meetings and trainings.
• 5) Be a team-player and communicate with all staff; follow club rules.
• 6) Present a neat, full uniform at all times.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet children and parents; assess needs and assist with activities.
• 2) Provide safe, clean, age-appropriate play and supervision.
• 3) Assist with snacks, diapering, toileting, and hygiene.
• 4) Answer phones, handle reservations and cancellations.
• 5) Maintain room cleanliness and sanitize toys and surfaces.
• 6) Liaise with supervisor about injuries and concerns; assist with daily cleaning.
