HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, invites you to join the Advocate Condell Centre Club in Libertyville, IL as a Substitute/As-needed Child Care Attendant. You will provide safe, engaging play for children, greet parents, and help plan age-appropriate activities.

This part-time, on-site position requires 18+ years old, CPR/AED/First Aid within 45 days, and customer service experience. Proficiency with Word/Outlook and the ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required within 45 days of hire.
• Knowledge and experience with young children preferred.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly and accurately.
• Computer proficiency including Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet each parent, interact with parents, and follow up on child needs.
• Plan activities for children and assist with age-appropriate games and tasks.
• Observe and engage with children.
• Ensure children are safe and engaged in development activities.
• Participate in child activities: reading, painting, crafts, play.
• Sanitize toys and play equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
