Distinctive Living is seeking a CHHA/CNA (Part-Time) for MiraVie at Forsgate in Monroe, NJ. Join a caring team focused on resident wellbeing and professional growth. You will provide direct care, document care activities, and support residents with daily living tasks in a structured facility setting.

Responsibilities include reporting, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote quality care per plans and regulations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of caregiving experience required.
• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Provides personal care to residents per their individualized plan of care.
• Documents all pertinent information regarding care as assigned.
• Prepares residents for meals and assists to and from the dining room.
• Assists residents with toilet and incontinence care.
• Keeps residents' apartments neat and clean.
• Performs clinical procedures according to facility standards and scope of practice.
• Performs vital signs, B/Ps, weights and other trained procedures as directed.
• Completes prevention and restorative care including, but not limited to, PROM, AROM, ambulation, transferring, bathing, grooming, and all other ADL care.
• Maintains infection control procedures and confidentiality per HIPAA.
