Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in Chemistry.
• Ability to work well in diverse classroom settings.
• Experience developing lesson outlines and course materials.
• Knowledge of student information systems and relevant software.
• Preferred: online instruction experience and bilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional instruction based on approved syllabus.
• Ensures course outcomes meet objectives and maintains student progress records.
• Prepares curriculum and syllabus for coursework.
• Evaluates student progress and grades examinations.
• Attends training and ensures safety in training areas.
• Maintains deadlines and meets with students and staff as needed.
