Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains is seeking a part-time Chaplain to serve as a frontline spiritual resource for employees and their families in the Fort Morgan area. The role involves visiting worksites, offering pastoral support, and coordinating referrals to services as needed.

You will work approximately 4 hours per week, with no guaranteed minimums and variable needs based on client requirements. A strong Christian witness and ability to interact professionally in diverse settings are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary, interfaith setting.

• Ability to document accurately according to standards.
• Proficiency with Google Suites / Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as messenger of faith, mission and purpose.
• Visit worksites and employees weekly to build trust.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals.
• Coordinate referrals for specialized assistance.
• Support employees during grief and life issues.
• Represent company in ministry services with clients.
• Participate in new employee orientation.
• Respond to leadership requests within agreement scope.
