Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and interact effectively with clients, employees, and their families; deliver community presentations.
• Spiritual maturity with Christian lifestyle; Biblically-based beliefs and church involvement.
• Professional diplomacy, patience, and courtesy with diverse groups; handle sensitive issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication; maintain emotional stability in crises.
• Analytical skills to define problems and identify solutions; interpret policies.
• Proficient with Google Suites, Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications.
• Must have an active state driver’s license and required auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as messenger of faith, mission, and purpose to employees and families.
• Make regular visits to company worksites to build relationships and trust.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions on personal matters and coordinate referrals.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and offering post-employment support as needed.
• Represent the ministry to clients and support new employee orientation.
