Job summary

MCHAP is seeking part-time chaplains in Central Wisconsin to serve employees and their families at client worksites. Chaplains provide spiritual support, crisis counseling, and pastoral care during crises and major life events.

This role requires interfaith sensitivity, strong communication, and the ability to visit worksites weekly. A valid state driver's license is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus. Hours vary, with no guaranteed minimum.

• Willingness to travel to client worksites weekly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a messenger of faith and mission, fostering ministry.
• Visit company worksites weekly to build trust and relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and grief support.
• Support notifications of death or serious injuries to families.
• Coordinate referrals to specialized resources for employees.
