Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking Part-Time Chaplains for Buffalo, NY, serving employees and their families as frontline ministry staff. The role includes weekly visits to worksites, confidential pastoral discussions, and coordination of support services in a remote-field setting.

Responsibilities include funerals, bereavement support, spiritual enrichment activities within company guidelines, and providing resources to employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interfaith setting with diverse lifestyles, cultures, beliefs and values.
• Strong listening and presentation skills; ability to address clients, employees and families.
• Demonstrates Christian lifestyle and ministry values; active church involvement.
• Diplomacy, patience, and courtesy when interacting with diverse groups, providing customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication; maintain emotional stability in emergencies and stress.
• Analytical skills to identify solutions and follow up on objectives; interpret policies.
• Proficient with Google Suites, Microsoft Office; quickly learn new technology.
• Active state driver’s license and minimum auto insurance (state serviced).

Responsibilities

• Visits company worksites weekly to interact with employees and build relationships of trust.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for employees and immediate family members.
• Supports planning or attendance at funerals and offers post-termination care.
• Distributes literature and resources to employees as appropriate.
• Represents the company to clients when ministry services are involved; supports new employee orientation.
• Responds to duties requested by executive leadership within the Letter of Agreement terms.
• Coordinates ministry services with Chaplain Team and EDO permissions.
