Job summary

Kiwa PPI is expanding its Quality Control team with experienced QC Specialists. In this role, you will perform and witness inspections and testing activities to ensure compliance with industry codes, customer specifications, and Kiwa PPI procedures.

You will verify equipment calibration, confirm technician certifications, and produce clear inspection reports that support informed decision-making. As the Customer Representative at supplier and fabrication sites, you will promote safe work

Qualifications

• Current CWI with 5+ years shop inspection experience.
• Familiar with third-party inspection processes (NDE, FAT, Assembly).
• Knowledge of API, ASME, NACE and DS-1 quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Witness inspections and testing per plans, standards and requirements.
• Verify inspection equipment is calibrated and certified.
• Validate technician certifications are current for scope.
• As Customer Representative, liaise with suppliers on scheduling and deliveries.
• Generate inspection reports documenting rejection and acceptance.
• Ensure reports are clear, concise and accurate for stakeholders.
• Meet HSSE objectives and follow Kiwa PPI safety guidelines.
• Communicate job progression and results to coordinators and customers.
• Promote safe work practices and comply with quality systems.
