Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified as a licensed pharmacy technician through a national program; continuing education required.
• Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or pharmacy clerk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service while assisting pharmacists.
• Assist with prescription processing, insurance billing, and dispensing support.
• Maintain patient information and HIPAA confidentiality; ensure accuracy in labeling and dispensing.
