BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) for its Health Care Resource Center. The CPRS will provide behavioral health services, engage with clients in recovery, and document program measures including monthly reports.

The role promotes a culture of recovery and supports enrollment in medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. Responsibilities include collaborating with Treatment Center staff, outreach, referrals, and in-person

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of support systems and community resources for patients and their families.
• Ability to develop and maintain ethical therapeutic relationships with individuals and groups.
• Accurate documentation and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an integral member of the Health Care Resource Center team.
• Share personal recovery experiences to build hope and support.
• Assist in developing a culture of recovery and peer support.
• Engage with community resources to increase enrollment in treatment services.
• Collect data and report on follow-up and linkage success.
