Job summary

THREEMEADOWS is seeking a Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work alongside our staff OT, delivering hands-on, meaningful care to residents. You will build real relationships with residents and their families, communicating progress and goals to the care team.

You will educate on home exercise programs and assistive devices, and help order equipment to restore independence. Training others and contributing to quality initiatives are involved.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
  • Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Comfort with documentation systems (Net Health, PointClickCare a plus).
  • CPR certification (if required by your state licensure).
  • A steady, compassionate presence for residents, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

What You Bring
  • Associate degree from an accredited COTA program
  • Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, in good standing
  • Comfort with documentation systems (Net Health, PointClickCare a plus)
