Job summary

THREEMEADOWS is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to work with residents, supporting hands-on care under an OT, and contributing to recovery goals. You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the care team while communicating progress and discharge plans.

You will educate residents and families on home exercise programs, assistive devices, and fall prevention, and help order equipment to restore independence.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
  • Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, in good standing.
  • Comfort with documentation systems (Net Health, PointClickCare a plus).
  • CPR certification (if required by your state licensure).
  • A steady, compassionate presence — someone who can connect with residents, families, and colleagues alike.
