Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Certified Medication Technician for our South Boise/Kuna, Idaho location. The CMT will support nursing staff by administering medications, documenting dosages and times, and monitoring patients under RN supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED, Medical Aide certification (or ability to obtain), TB documentation, CPR/AED, and background clearance. Prior acute care or correctional experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Aide certification (or ability to obtain) with approval for medication administration required.
• Must maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR/AED certification.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
• One year experience in acute care, emergency or correctional setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses by following written and/or oral instructions to administer medications and document drug dosages and times of administration.
• Take vital signs, assist in examinations and treatments, and assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Monitor patients to report changes in their condition.
