Job summary

Scripps Health's Orthopedic Surgery department at Scripps Clinic in Torrey Pines is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to join the outpatient hand therapy team. You will collaborate with Hand Surgeons, 3 experienced Certified Hand Therapists and 2 Medical Assistants on a wide variety of cases, delivering patient-centered care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in State of California.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Certification from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission.
• Preferred: 3 years' experience as CHT.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient function and establish a plan of care for outpatient hand therapy.
• Reassess and modify the plan of care as needed for outpatient hand therapy patients.
