MBK Senior Living seeks a certified caregiver for a part-time role in Gilbert, AZ, with Memory Care unit shifts. The position offers $20.00 per hour (DOE) and requires assisting residents with ADLs, mealtime support, and safe transport while upholding dignity and safety.

Responsibilities include following ISP care plans, light housekeeping and laundry, monitoring resident wellbeing, and collaborating with a compassionate team. Certification and English proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless required by state.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining dignity, safety, and privacy.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and meals.
• Provide safe transport and transfers for residents.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed for residents and community.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and safety policies in all activities.
