Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a PT Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. Shifts are Thursday and Saturday 2:00pm - 10:00pm with pay starting at $20.

Responsibilities include ADLs, safety checks, and supporting wellness programs while maintaining dignity and privacy. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, current First Aid/CPR, and 1+ year caregiving experience preferred; Nursing Aide certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid/CPR certifications required; Medication Management training may be required.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if needed.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless state requires.
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime activities, and mobility.
• Perform safety checks and report changes in residents’ condition promptly.
• Assist with meal service, transportation, and transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Support residents’ social and emotional well-being with compassion and excellent customer service.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community as required.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure safety and dignity.
