We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Part‑Time CDL Bus Driver to join our elite team in McHenry, IL. As a key member, you will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Salary and Benefits
- Starting payrate $21.50/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Safety‑Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Passenger Care: Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
- Vehicle Vigilance: Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
- Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Valid CDL Class C (paid training offered to obtain CDL)
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work required shifts or flexible schedules.
- Work involves long periods of sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment is a combination of indoors and outdoors.
Drug‑Free Workplace

- Must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
