We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Part‑Time CDL Bus Driver to join our elite team in McHenry, IL. As a key member, you will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

CBA Position

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Salary and Benefits
  • Starting payrate $21.50/hour
  • Benefits include: Dental & Vision insurance (may vary depending on location policy.)
Key Responsibilities
  • Safety‑Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
  • Passenger Care: Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
  • Vehicle Vigilance: Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
  • Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • 21 years or older
  • Valid CDL Class C (paid training offered to obtain CDL)
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
  • Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to work required shifts or flexible schedules.
  • Work involves long periods of sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
  • Work environment is a combination of indoors and outdoors.
