Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver to transport residents and staff to predetermined locations. The role requires a valid CDL with passenger endorsements, a clean driving record, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with courtesy and safety in mind.

The position offers a schedule from 9am to 1pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for growth and company benefits including health coverage, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and Driver’s Abstract.
• CDL with passenger endorsements.
• Adhere to motor vehicle laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents and staff to designated locations on schedule.
• Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the bus.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
• Assist in loading packages on/off the bus.
• Maintain a trip log with mileage and receipts.
