This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired individual with a CDL license and hands-on experience in equipment operation, basic maintenance, and job site logistics.

What You’ll Do:

• Transport Equipment: Safely haul skid steers, excavators, and dump trucks to and from job sites as needed. (CDL required)
• Warehouse Coordination: Oversee the warehouse; receive and organize incoming equipment/materials; ensure outgoing equipment is logged and tracked properly.
• System Implementation: Develop and manage a simple inventory and checkout system to track tools, equipment, and materials—including who checked it out and where it's located.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on heavy equipment (e.g., oil changes, greasing, visual inspections).
• Organizational Improvements: Proactively suggest and implement systems to improve storage, access, and equipment management.
  
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Valid CDL (required to drive dump trucks)
• Experience operating and maintaining heavy construction equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter mentality—you’ll take ownership of the yard and warehouse
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
