Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Joliet, IL, is seeking a Pick-up & Delivery CDL Driver to deliver finished trucks and retrieve parts locally. Must possess a Class A CDL, no air brake restrictions, and maintain a good driving record.

Must be at least 21 and comply with DOT requirements. The role involves local pickup/delivery, assistance in loading/unloading and warehouse areas, daily truck checks per safety policy, and professional representation of the company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active Class A Commercial Driver's license, no air brake restrictions.
• 2 years commercial driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old (DOT required) and CDL.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver loads locally.
• Assists in other areas as needed, including the load shed and warehouse.
• Check truck daily for potential safety hazards and follow driver safety policy.
• Provides friendly, professional service and maintains a professional manner when representing the company.
• Able to perform all operations within acceptable time and quality standards and completes and files all paperwork in a timely manner.
