Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Joliet, IL, is seeking a Commercial Truck Driver to deliver finished trucks and retrieve parts and products locally.

The role requires a 21+ age with a CDL, a clean driving record, and at least 2 years of commercial driving experience. We offer a 401K with company match, life & disability insurance, FSAs, PTO, sick time, holidays, and PPE reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL with no air brake restriction and a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver loads locally.
• Assist in load shed and warehouse as needed.
• Check truck daily for safety hazards and follow driver safety policy.
• Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate manner.

SCOPE OF POSITION:

A Commercial Truck Driver to deliver finished trucks and retrieve parts and products both in finished and unfinished forms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick up and deliver loads locally
• Assists in other areas as needed, including the load shed and warehouse.
• Check truck daily for potential safety hazards and follows Aebi Schmidt driver safety policy, including cell phone policy.
• Provides friendly, professional service and maintains a professional manner when representing the company.
  • Able to perform all operations within acceptable time and quality standards and completes and files all paperwork in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Active Class A Commercial Driver's license, no air brake restrictions, and a clean driving record
• 2 years commercial driving experience
