Job summary

MONROE TRUCK EQUIPMENT, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Joliet, IL, is seeking a Pick-up & Delivery CDL Driver. The role involves delivering finished trucks and picking up parts and equipment, with a focus on safety and customer service.

As part of the team, you would perform local pickups/deliveries, assist in warehouse tasks, and maintain daily vehicle safety checks while representing the company professionally. A valid CDL-A and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active Class A Commercial Driver's license, no air brake restrictions, and a clean driving record.
• 2 years commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver loads locally.
• Assists in other areas as needed, including the load shed and warehouse.
• Check truck daily for potential safety hazards and follows Aebi Schmidt driver safety policy, including cell phone policy.
• Provides friendly, professional service and maintains a professional manner when representing the company.
• Able to perform all operations within acceptable time and quality standards and completes and files all paperwork in a timely manner.
