Qualifications

• Must be LMSW with licensure to practice
• Licensed to practice as a therapist in NY; other states are beneficial but not required
• Basic understanding of CBT principles and desire for more learning
• Commit to a minimum of 3 years with Collaborative CBT
• Experience in assessment, treatment planning and providing psychotherapy

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques.
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients with diverse needs.
• Participate in group consultations and seek learning opportunities to benefit clients' clinical needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the practice's growth initiatives.
• 10-15 minute phone consultations when requested.
• Maintains case notes, logs and all required documentation within 24 hours of sessions held.
• Participates in weekly individual or group clinical supervision and group consultation.
• Case management services including care coordination, including collaborating with referral sources and connecting clients to care.
