Job summary

Nooksack Northwood Casino in Lynden, WA is seeking a part-time Chef Server to deliver prompt, courteous food and beverage service in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will greet guests, provide menu guidance, and maintain a clean, stocked station while following state liquor laws and casino policies. The role requires flexibility across shifts and a focus on excellent guest relations.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a valid tribal gaming license and state gaming licenses.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a WA alcohol serving permit.
• Must have a WA food handlers permit and TIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders with courtesy.
• Provide menu information and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service station.
• Refuse service to intoxicated guests following WA liquor laws.
• Work across shifts and assist in various duties as needed.
