Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Woodstock, GA is seeking a part-time cashier to deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience and assist customers at the register.

You will scan and bag items, handle payments and exchanges, and help maintain a clean, safe workstation while providing excellent service in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and arithmetic are required.
• Experience using a computer or POS system is expected.
• Bilingual skills are a plus for customer interactions.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience at the register.
• Proactively assist customers in the self-checkout area.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges.
• Answer customer questions with a helpful attitude.
• Help maintain a clean, safe workstation and store environment.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
