Job summary

ALDI Branford is seeking energetic part-time cashiers and stockers to deliver excellent customer service. You will handle checkout processes, assist with stocking, and uphold store standards.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with step increases through Year 5, and positions offer growth and benefits where applicable. Responsibilities include operating the POS, maintaining accurate cash handling, supporting curbside orders, and ensuring safe, clean, organized aisles.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS to scan and process purchases accurately.
• Follow cash policies and balance transactions.
• Open additional lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Complete curbside orders and verify contents for timely delivery.
• Stock shelves and displays according to planograms.
• Arrive early for stocker shifts, starting around 5:00am.
• Maintain store zones, merchandising standards, and clean work areas.
