Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring part-time cashiers and stockers to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Cashiers will operate the POS system, process transactions, and assist customers at the checkout, while stockers will maintain organized shelves and assist with merchandising.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with scheduled increases in years 2–5. Roles require reliable attendance, ability to lift up to 45 pounds, and the stamina to work early shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate POS system and cash handling procedures.
• Able to read and follow store policies and procedures.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good written and verbal communication; reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties: scan items, handle payments, and assist customers.
• Stocker duties: stock shelves and displays according to planograms.
• Support management in achieving operational efficiency and loss prevention goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions in the store.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders when applicable.
