Qualifications

• Ability to operate store equipment such as POS, cash registers, floor scrubber, and pallet jacks.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI policies and procedures.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS to scan and process purchases and handle errors.
• Adhere to cash policies and promote efficient checkout.
• Support curbside pickup and stock shelves per planograms.
• Maintain safety, merchandising and inventory procedures.
• Assist management to achieve efficiency and loss prevention goals.
