Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers to support smooth store operations and an excellent customer shopping experience. Roles include cashier duties with POS usage and stocker duties to keep shelves stocked and organized.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour, with annual wage increases through year five, and a variety of benefits for both part-time and full-time employees. Positions require ability to provide friendly service, operate store equipment, and follow ALDI

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate checkout equipment and POS system.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties: operate POS, scan items, process payments, and maintain checkout efficiency.
• Stocker duties: stock shelves, organize displays per planograms, and ensure product availability.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adheres to safety and hygiene standards.
• Follow store policies and procedures and communicate issues to management.
