Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers. As a cashier, you’ll provide friendly, efficient checkout service; as a stocker, you’ll keep shelves stocked and organized to ensure a great shopping experience.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with wage increases in Years 2–5. Average hours: fewer than 30 per week. ALDI offers competitive wages and benefits to all employees including a 401(k) plan, insurance options, paid time off, and other perks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout service as a cashier.
• Keep shelves stocked and organized as a stocker.
• Follow store policies and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Assist management to achieve operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Support curbside pickup and stocking activities as needed.
