Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring part-time cashiers and stockers to support a fast-paced shopping environment. You will provide friendly checkout service or assist with stocking and merchandising, contributing to overall store operations.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with scheduled increases: Year 2 $20.00, Year 3 $20.50, Year 4 $20.50, Year 5 $21.50. Fewer than 30 hours weekly, with early starts for stockers.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Able to operate store equipment such as POS and cash registers.
• Able to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Able to arrive to work early, including 5:00am starts for stocker duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout service and assist customers.
• Support store management in achieving operational efficiency and safety goals.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards as per planograms.
• Process curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
• Adhere to inventory procedures and maintain a clean work area.
