Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking part-time cashiers and stockers to deliver a great shopping experience. As a cashier, you will provide friendly checkout service using the POS system and manage cash procedures; as a stocker, you will keep shelves organized and merchandised according to planograms.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of working in a retail environment.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, arithmetic, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout service using the POS system and handle cash policies.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards, including early shifts (as early as 5:00am).
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper equipment operation; follow company policies.
