Job summary

ALDI USA is looking for energetic part-time cashiers and stockers to deliver friendly, efficient checkout service and maintain organized shelves for a great shopping experience. Starting wage is $20.50 per hour with wage increases in years 2–5.

Positions require early availability and adherence to safety and merchandising standards. Responsibilities include operating a POS system, assisting with inventory, and performing general cleaning to ALDI standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly checkout service and assist management.
• Assist in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Assist in achieving total loss goals.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Keep shelves stocked and merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Stock shelves early by 5:00am when required.
• Operate equipment and assist with orderly stock handling.
