Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers. As a cashier, you’ll provide friendly, efficient checkout service; as a stocker, you’ll help keep shelves stocked and organized to ensure a great shopping experience. Each role supports store operations and customer satisfaction.

Positions offer wage progression and benefits for all employees, with full-time benefits available to eligible staff. Must be at least 18, and prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service provided promptly and courteously.
• Ability to operate all store equipment including POS, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly checkout service using the POS system.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes as required for efficiency.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and on time.
