Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete assigned tasks to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Cashier responsibilities include using the POS system to scan purchases and inform management of scanning issues.
• Follow cash policies and procedures and open lanes to maintain checkout efficiency.
• Process curbside pickup orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
