Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring part-time store associates, stockers and cashiers for our Mesa-area locations. Roles include merchandising, cashiering and stocking, with a focus on friendly service and efficient checkout.

Individuals must be able to work early hours, lift up to 45 pounds and maintain store standards. The starting wage is $18.50 per hour with planned increases to $19.00, $19.50, and $20.50 in subsequent years.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment (POS, cash register, balers, etc.).
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and stock items safely.
