Job summary

ALDI Inver Grove Heights is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers to deliver friendly, efficient service. Cashiers will process purchases at the POS and follow store policies; stockers will keep shelves organized and stocked to support a smooth shopping experience.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with scheduled increases through Year 5. Roles require early morning availability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with others in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly checkout service using the POS.
• Stock shelves and displays per planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately for customers.
• Support management in safety and loss-prevention efforts.
