Part-time Cashier / Receptionist (Sales)

Are you a customer service-oriented individual seeking part-time employment? Fred Beans Toyota of Flemington is immediately hiring a Part-Time Receptionist!

Hours: Flexible Schedule. We are seeking candidates with availability Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.

What You'll Do

• Answer the phones promptly.
• Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
• Close out repair orders in computer.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted documents for both service and accounting departments.
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments.
• Input of additional service requests.
