Job summary

Menards is seeking Part-Time Cashier and Front End Team members in Minnesota. You will provide quick, friendly service at the register and service desk, handle cashier duties, and help customers with their purchases.

Positions include on-the-job training, weekend shift pay bump, store discounts, and profit sharing. A dynamic retail environment offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the Front End Team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and stay active.
• Reliable, friendly and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and service desk with a fast, friendly approach.
• Assist customers at checkout and resolve simple questions.
• Help with loading purchases and keeping the parking lot clean.
