Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to take excellent care of our customers by meeting their needs, exceeding expectations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will bag groceries, provide carryout and parcel pickup services, load merchandise into customer vehicles, and return shopping carts to the store.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, with strong English reading and writing skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions written in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Willingness to participate in training and work with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
• Physical ability to stand/walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities
