Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Operate the cash register accurately using UPC scanner and keypad.
• Accept cash, checks, and card payments for purchases.
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions about products/prices.
• Balance cash drawer at start and end of shift.
• Process returns and exchanges per store policy.
• Resolve customer issues, escalate to management when needed.
• Assist with stocking and fronting products and housekeeping.
