Job summary

Bud & Rita's in Chicago is seeking a Cashier or Budtender to greet patients on the sales floor or at checkout, assist with placing orders, complete sales with cash or card, and ensure accurate processing with attention to detail.

The role requires 6 months to 1-year POS experience, proficiency with technology, ability to pass a background check and be 21+. Must possess a valid state ID, be available nights and weekends, and comply with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year sales or POS experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid license or state ID.
• Must be available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on sales floor and/or at checkout and verify purchased.
• Must keep current with the dispensary flow & product.
• Complete cash or card sales at the register.
• Maintain responsibility for all cash and card transactions, inventory and closing drawer numbers.
• Must issue receipts, refunds, or change due to patients.
• Answer the phone, take messages, and direct calls.
• Assist in the online product reservation.
• Assist with daily cash reconciliation.
• Keep the dispensary floor clean, sanitized & free of hazards.
• Follow all state and federal regulations, including IDFPR.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Agent is to provide excellent care and customer service for all patients and/or adult use customers.
