Job summary

Nature's Grace and Wellness, LLC is seeking a full-time Budtender/Cashier to greet patients, assist with product purchases, and ensure accurate cash and card transactions on the sales floor.

The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and compliance with state regulations. Availability days/nights, weekends, and holidays is essential, with federal background checks and 21+ age requirements.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year sales or POS experience preferred.
• Must pass a federal background check.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid license or state ID.
• Must be available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with technology, tablets and computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on sales floor and at checkout; verify purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of dispensary flow and products.
• Complete cash or card sales and issue receipts.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, refunds, or change due to patients.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the proper extension.
• Assist in the online product reservation process.
• Daily cash reconciliation.
• Keep the dispensary sales floor clean, sanitized and compliant.
• Follow all state and federal regulations including IDFPR.
• Other duties as assigned.

Full Time hours. Must be available days/nights, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

The Cashier or "Budtender" greets patients on the sales floor and/or at checkout, assists with placing orders on the sales floor and at the register. Confirms products purchased, completes the sale via cash or card with an unambiguous attention to detail. The Agent is to provide excellent care and customer service for all patients and/or adult use customers.

Responsibilities
