Job Description: Retail Associate at TJ Maxx

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Support operational standards, including merchandise handling and loss prevention.
• Assist in store recovery and ensure adherence to merchandising standards.
• Support store initiatives like credit and loyalty programs.
• Participate in safety and shrink reduction programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
