Responsibilities

• Greet all customers when entering and exiting the store
• Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain all benefits
• Accurately balance cash drawer at the end of the day
• Maintain a clean working environment and personal workspace
• Engage in conversation with customers to add a personal touch
• End transactions with a “thank you” to each customer
• Maintain a professional appearance on the sales floor
• Contribute to a positive team environment and promote personal growth
• Perform basic math and interpret data
• Read and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively
• Work scheduled hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Assist in other duties as assigned

Schedule

Varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two weekends per month. Average hours: 15-25 per week.
