This is a part-time position. Primary responsibilities include:

• Taking excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs, exceeding expectations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Following correct bagging procedures, providing carryout and parcel pickup services, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, and returning shopping carts to the store.

Requirements include:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write in English.
• Basic math skills (adding and subtracting two-digit numbers).
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions.
• Completion of company training programs.

Physical demands involve standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, talking, hearing, smelling, and occasionally climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and reach from 6 to 72 inches. The work environment may include exposure to humidity, moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and cold conditions, with moderate noise levels.
