Uline is seeking a Part-Time Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team in Waukegan, IL. You will handle payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate posting while supporting daily financial operations.

The role requires attention to detail, strong typing and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. On-site work with café, fitness center, and modern facilities in a best-in-class environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong communication and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
• Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.
